Enjoy hikes and bike rides aplenty in the surrounding area or bring your canoe to get to know the fabulous waterways including the River Conwy. This impressive property accommodates up to nine guests, complete with a sprawling farmhouse dining table where the whole group can get together and raise a glass to family experiences. Outside find a patio with furniture and a BBQ, along with the luxury touch of a hot tub for soaking beneath the stars. Moving back inside, all of the sleeping and washing facilities are laid out over two floors, with a double bedroom and wet room downstairs and three more bedrooms up one flight of stairs. Whilst enjoying a rural location with walks all around, the property is just 2.5 miles from the village of Betws-y-Coed with local pubs, independent shops and a thrilling zip-lining centre on its outskirts. For further excursions explore the Gwydir Forest Park (5 miles), an area filled with lakes, mountains, old miner’s paths and cycle trails that outdoor adventure-seeking guests will jump at the chance to explore. There’s also Glyder Fawr within easy reach (15 miles), offering circular routes and summit walks for hikers of varying abilities.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, perfect for our group of 6 adults, 2 little onesand 2 dogs. We loved the secure garden and stunning views of the fields and mountains. The games room and hot tub really made our stay extra special-definitely a great find!

We had a great stay here! The hosts were lovely, always quick to reply and super helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Snowdon, caves, waterfallsand nearby towns like Llanberis and Llandudno - all within an hour. The place itself has loads of characterand the hot tub stargazing is truly unforgettable. Would definitely recommend!
Alexandra
We had such a lovely stay at this charming cottage with its quirky low doorways. The kids loved the hot tub and exploring the scenic surroundings. The location is perfect, close to loads of attractions. The owners really went out of their way to help us out, even with those tricky narrow roads leading up here. Would definitely return!
Oliver

Great place with all we needed for holiday!

We had such a lovely week here! The place is really beautifully kept and super comfy. The view from the hot tub and breakfast room is even better than in the pictures, especially in the mornings with a coffee. The kids loved the pool table and table football, kept us entertained for ages. It's really well equipped - even a hand blender for whipped cream! We're definitely planning to return, can't wait!

We had such a lovely stay at this place! The location is truly picturesque and super peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottage was plenty big enough for our group of six-two couples and two singles-and we all had enough space to chill out. It was spotlessly clean and cosy in the evenings, especially with the log fire. We got lucky with the weather-hit 21 degrees in October-so we could enjoy the hot tub and soak up the fantastic views. Definitely planning to come back soon!
