The National White Water Centre is nearby too if you fancy getting your adrenaline fix before returning to soak your aching muscles in the hot tub with a glass of something strong.
The accommodation is split across two floors with four bedrooms - two king-size and two doubles. There are three bathrooms including a ground-floor shower room (handy after muddy walks). The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you need and there's a cosy sitting room with a woodburning stove for those chilly Welsh evenings. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but must stay downstairs - no sneaky pups on the beds!
