The accommodation was lovely and clean . We travelled as a family of 6 adults and one 10 month baby . There was everything we needed and it was very spacious. We celebrated my husbands 60 th while we were there . The hot tub was a bonus . Would definitely recommend.

We forgot to fill in the visitors book but we had a lovely stay and the bonus was the weather was super. The property was very well equipped, we had a lovely view from the dining area and the garden at the back was ideal and very safe for children. Our grandson did not want to come home from his holiday and wanted to stay in the lovely house. Would stay again and recommend to other family and friends.

This was a lovely comfortable place and very clean and tidy not cluttered. There were a few issues with the kitchen top that was very loose, the shower tap was dripping and the bedroom door one with bath door not shut properly otherwise all was good

Myself and 4 old friends get together once a year. The criteria for our stay amongst the usual is number of bedrooms, and the all important hot tub. The hot tub and garden was great, allowed us to relax and unwind after our days out. The place was clean and provided all the necessities required. We had a lovely time and enjoyed 4 Bodnant Road. Just on a minor note we were expecting a twin room, when I made the booking the information did say a twin room. This was down to Sykes and as now been changed. There was just a few little things that we would have put in a visitors comments book if one had been available. Not enough glasses or cutlery for more than 4 people. No storage for hanging clothes in one bedroom and a lock on the wet roomtoilet door would be good. Maybe a visitors comments book giving such feed back and informing future guests of places to visit and eat would be helpful. We did have a good time thank you.

Had a brilliant time, in this Gorgeous well equipped Bungalow, Garden was lovely and perfect for our Cockapoo. The Hot tub was a added bonus and was used everyday. Weather was fabulous. A great location to visit numerous places along North Wales Coastline. Met the owner Will who was at hand if you needed him, really lovely guy and the Bungalow is a credit to him. This is a well maintained, spacious Dorma bungalow with fantastic views from the back of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with enough space to eat around a large table. The beds were very comfortable and and plenty of storage. The garden was lovely, space for the children to play, with a hot tub and sun loungers. Definately would stay again.

What a fantastic house. .. certainly recommend, clean, well equipped with everything we needed, we took an airfryer, but didn't need it as there was one there. Comfortable beds with quality bedlinen, plenty hot water, parking for 2 cars off road, and in a lovely quiet location. TV with full Sky package and Netflix etc. Oh and the hot tub in the enclosed garden was the icing on the cake, we enjoyed it so much we are booking again for next year. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, and a bigger one a short drive away. The owner Will was available if we needed him, but we didn't, everything was perfect.

Great property with plenty of room and relaxing, just what we needed as my family all work away for long hours so don't get time together much, which is why we booked this break. 4 Bodnant Road was great in this respect, hot tub is great and even in this cold weather it kept temperature which has been a problem with other hot tub breaks I've had. The area around the property is pretty hilly, so if you have elderly in your group its something to be aware of, if you have a dog there is a field at the bottom of the hill that's great for dogs. just a 2 minute drive there is a Coop store if you need a few bits, and there is a choice of Lidl, Aldi and Morrisons close by too. Rhos on Sea is great for walks, cafe or a pub lunch and is 6 mins away by car, Welsh Mountain Zoo is also 6 mins away and Llandudno front is just 10 mins away. We all enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to friends.

Lovely dormer bungalow, quiet street, 23 parking spaces on driveway plus space on road. Excellent internal condition, decor is remarkably well maintained for a rental property. Every conceivable item in the kitchen inc double oven. 4 double bedrooms with comfortable beds inc 1 on ground floor. Great views from the balcony and bedrooms. Fabulous hot tub heated 247 located under canopy. Very smart garden area with artificial turfed lawn. If returning to the area, I would not think twice about rebooking, the whole 4night break was exceptional.

A great find. Just returned from a stay here. The property is clean, spacious and an ideal base for exploring the many places nearby. It has everything you need for a home from home stay. The hot tub was a lovely treat after a busy day out. I must respond to a previous comment about the children next door, they were NOT at all noisy so do not be put off staying here because of that comment.

I have recently returned from a weeks stay in the bungalow. L with my family and my parents. What can I say, as soon as you walk in the door, the bungalow was spotless and smelled wonderful. The decor was superb and very modern. My parents had the room downstairs as the wet room was adjacent. Our boys raced upstairs to bag their room! The view from the balcony was my favourite, I would sit out everyday whenever I could due to our lovely weather being hitmiss. My husband was in contact with the owner who was extremely helpful and on hand if required. We will be definitely booking again as I need another Hickorys meal.

Very clean and comfortable could do with a few more kitchen utensils. A mop and broom would be an advantage with the flooring .the sliding door to the wet room needs attention. The next door neighbours are a young family so can be very loud especially at weekend so if your looking for a peaceful stay it not for you. Other then that we had a nice time
