About Cabin Hill

Cabin Hill is a massive three-storey detached house in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. This place is huge - sleeping 18 people across 8 bedrooms with 8 bathrooms. Perfect for large family gatherings where you don't want to queue for the loo! Just 0.4 miles from the beach, it's got everything you need for a proper Welsh seaside holiday without the faff of passport control.

The location is spot on. Walk 5 minutes to reach Rhos-on-Sea's promenade or drive 2 miles to Colwyn Bay for water sports. Fancy something more cultural? Conwy with its historic town walls and castle is nearby. Llandudno's just 4 miles away with its beaches and that cable car that makes your bum clench when it sways in the wind. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is perfect for entertaining the kids when they've had enough of the beach.

Inside you'll find four-poster beds in two rooms, a triple bunk room for the kids and five king-size rooms (two can be converted to twins). The open-plan living area has a 75" Smart TV (perfect for watching Match of the Day with a beer) and a woodburning stove. The kitchen's kitted out with everything including an airfryer for those "healthy" chips. The games room will keep everyone entertained when the inevitable Welsh rain appears.

Local attractions include Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve (great for walks), Eryri National Park (18 miles) and The Galleon Fish and Chips (because no seaside holiday is complete without proper chippy chips). Colwyn Bay is just 2 miles away and Llandudno with its Victorian pier is only 4 miles from your doorstep.

We had a fabulous stay at Cabin Hill. Family of 12, mix of ages including children and we all loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone, loved the garden and the games room and large dining area. Really comfy beds and all rooms had lovely decor and enough storage etc. Friendly hosts who provided all the info we needed and were on hand if we needed anything. It was our first visit to Rhos on Sea, great location, close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants etc Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Me and my family stayed here last weekend and we had a fantastic time. The property itself is beautifully presented and everything was immaculate. The facilities provided were excellent and the beds were so comfortable I may have to contact the owners to see where they were purchased! Location is perfect for a stroll down the beachfront to take in the scenery before jumping in the hot tub to wind down, you can take a short swim in there it's that big! Will definitely be returning here in future and would recommend it to anyone. Thankyou to the hosts for the chance to stay here, it was a pleasure

Had a brilliant time celebrating my mothers 60th, everyone loved the property lived up to expectations and more will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Wow, what a beautiful house, 12 of us stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday and I can honestly say we loved every minute and would not have wanted to stay anywhere else, the house was beautifully decorated and finished to a high standard, the beds were so cosy and comfortable and the curtains were perfect as they kept the rooms so lovely and dark in the mornings. The hot tub and games room were a huge hit we loved all sitting in the stunning kitchen around the beautiful big table, the amount of plates, mugs, etc, was also great, as it meant we didn't have to keep washing up. I couldn't recommend staying here enough, and we will definitely be back.

Cabin Hill is a fantastic modern property with excellent facilities. It is spotless throughout and every single bedroom is beautiful. Shared areas are spacious and wellequipped. Location is great too.
Can't fault this property at all. It was spotless, very well maintained, modern, spacious and the owners gave a lot of info to ensure the trip went as smoothly as possible. 10 out of 10. Looking to book this property again at some point. Also had a great service from Sykes during the booking process. Happy days.
We had a wonderful family get together for my husbands 70th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. The games room was a hit with the younger people in our party, the jacuzzi was huge, only problem is that there wasn't any lighting by the jacuzzi at night time. Would definitely stay again and would recommend any large family to stay there. Communication was brilliant with Matt, nothing was to much trouble.

The house it self is amazing only issue we had was the extractor fan did not work. And I would say you will need a light by the hot tub so when your in it at night you can see people or where your going dose not have to be bright but I would recommend a light for outside.. and we did not get any Kindling or Firelighters had to go out and buy some which was not ideal but still.. and we will re visit this again soon as the location was spot on.

When we arrived at this impressive house we were blown away as soon as we opened the front door it was absolutely immaculate the stunning kitchen dining area was awesome ,fully equipped with every kitchen gadget you could wish for . We loved the beautiful furniture in the lounge with seating for all the family ,we ran around to choose our stunning bedrooms each one as imposing as the next with soft cozy beds .The washerdryer was such an asset ,the play area was amazing and we were over whelmed with the size of the hot tub .Cabin Hill is an absolute must return too ! Thank you for such a fabulous holiday experience
We were a mixed generation family 8 adults and 7 children. The facilities were excellent for all. Plenty of bathrooms, areas of seating and never short of crockery or cutlery. The outdoor area was super with the large hot tub and play equipment. Everyone liked the house. Its location in Rhos was ideal for playground, the beach, shops and cafes, all within an easy walking distance. Thank you Matt for answering queries promptly.

Cabin Hill is a very well presented property, very clean, modern and welcoming. It is set in a quiet road, 5 minutes walk to the promenade, 10 minutes into the town. Most of our party commented on how comfortable the beds are, everyone loved the kitchendining area and the high level of equipment. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the view from the second floor terrace around sunset was awesome. A welcoming phone call from Matt, one of the hosts, was unexpected, but much appreciated, and communication was excellent. This feedback would not be complete without mention of the very popular Olympic size hot tub! A very enjoyable stay in a high class house.
Just back from our fabulous stay at cabin hill . As soon as we opened the front door it was a wow we were all so made up we chose this property it was so modern and stylish and homely. The kitchen dining room is beautiful and became our families hub to meet up .Hot tub was amazing wasnt expecting it to be that big .Any issues we came across were dealt with immediately just had to phone which was reassuring. Only downside was having to leave .

Cabin Hill was in a fabulous location, the property was clean and we had a great stay. The hot tub is huge, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well spaced and there was lots of room for 15 guests.
We had a fantastic stay at Cabin Hill house in a beautiful area of Wales. We were a 4 generation family ranging between 5 & 85. There was so much to do inside and out. Everyone loved the massive hot tub. The house is done out beautifully plenty of room to spread out or be together. Good quality furnishings lovely comfy beds. Well equipped games room. The children loved the bunkbed room with the dressing up clothes. Great hosts checked in on us a few times either text or phone call just to ensure we were enjoying our stay and didnt need anything. Would highly recommend Cabin Hill.

Its an Excellent house with great facilities for a family or friends group gathering for celebrations etc. Flexible combination of bedrooms & bathrooms, mostly ensuite. Brilliant little touches such as kiddies bedroom with a dressing up corner, games room for kids and adults, and great size hottub. Well equipped kitchen and storage. The hosts messaged to ensure guests were happy. Observations The garden could do with more maintenance, it was bone dry during our visit

We had a brilliant Easter week at Cabin Hill. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and very welcoming with the lovely gifts. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were fab. We loved the large kitchen area and huge dining table, we spent alot of time in here. Lovely large sofa in the living room and the children loved the games room too. The garden area is quite small for 3 dogs and the grass very muddy but we were fully aware of this and kept the dogs off it so not a problem. Overall a lovely holiday with a very attentive host Matt who was keen to check we had everything we needed upon arrival and on leaving. Thank you!

We had a brilliant week with 4 generations of my family sharing this stunning house. Its location is perfect, very close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Cabin Hill has something for every one, from the great play area and games room to the amazing hot tub. The open plan kitchen and dining room is an excellent space for the whole family to enjoy cooking and eating together. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. We would definitely recommend a stay at this amazing house.
What a great time we all had in this quality house. Meal times in the spacious well equipped kitchen , fun in the games room and hot tub, relaxing in the lounge and super comfortable beds. In our party of 15 everyone felt a homely feel to the house and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely come again.
We had a fabulous long weekend break in this lovely property,wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived,we were a party of 14, 8 adults and 6 children and it had everything we could of asked for.There was a nice games room that all the children from 8 to 16 really enjoyed,there was also a large dining table so all 14 of us could sit together for meals and games and the hot tub was probably big enough to accommodate all of us if we had wanted. If you want a nice family break or you are a large group of friends then this is the place to go situated close to the beach and the centre of Rhoson Sea.We will recommend it to our friends and definitely be returning in the future.

We have just returned as a family group from a week at Cabin Hill to celebrate some family events. Ages from 1175 and we all had a great time . The house is spacious and comfortable so everyone could do what they wanted to for relaxation after our trips out. The games room was a real hit alongside the hot tub which was a real treat. The family table brought us together and the house was well equipped for what we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent and responses were fast. This is a great base to explore the local area and the real bonus was being able to walk to the beach in the mornings with our dog. We all recommend!

The property was in great condition with plenty of room for the party of 9 Adults & 8 Children. There were more than enough BathsShowers for everyone to use with very good water pressure etc. Great kitchen dining area for everyone to be together while cooking dinner. The living room with 75 inch tv and the games room with lots of board and pool tableair hockey pinball machine were enjoyed thoroughly by both the Children and Adults. The hot tub was big enough to hold the large party The owners supplied us with their contact and were happy to be contacted in case of issues Overall it was a great stay and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it
