Brookway Lodge Reviews

Rebecca
What an amazing property! Our stay exceeded our expectations, from the moment we walked in and it had all been nicely heated for our arrival, with soft lighting turned on, to all the facilities and quite literally everything you could need. The kitchen is so well stocked with plenty of glassware, crockery, and all the gadgets you can think of. We were a multi generational family there to celebrate my husbands 40th, and everyone from the 3 month old to the 60 somethings enjoyed the pool, hot tub, games room and comfy cosy lounge. We wished we had stayed for longer and would love to return.

Brookway Lodge is a really beautiful place. So clean and all corners of the house is lovely. The owners had autumn decors on the lodge during our stay so that is a bonus. We had a very lovely time and stay. Dean and Lynda was so friendly and responsive. Definitely worth recommending
Our family has just returned from an amazing stay at Brookway Lodge. The accommodation had everything you could wish for. The pool, games room, media room kept everyone entertained. The outside space was unbelievable, perfect for the grandchildren and our dogs. It even had a field! A special thank you to Lynda who was available to answer any queries we had.

Hi had a lovely time . A few pointers going forward . Blackout blinds in bedrooms should be considered ,as the curtains are very thin in most rooms . The hottub should be maintained every day ,early in morning ,testing PH levels ,as by day two the water was changing colour . Around the play area for the kids there should be rubber tarmac flooring, for safety . The sofas in both rooms could do with a deep clean as looking very tired . Stains were present on some of the bedroom carpets ,again could do with a deep clean . Asking guests to move the bins to front of driveway , especially guests with mobility issues is not right . The cleaners and maintenance crew should be doing that . Apart from thoses slight niggles we had a lovely time .
