Encil Clyd Reviews

Olivia Carter
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was spotless and well-equipped, making everything feel comfortable. The hot tub was definitely a highlight - such a lovely bonus after a day out. The owners were super friendly and gave us plenty of privacy. Loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the soft bedding and towels. The only downside was it's a bit remote from the main attractionsand no takeaway delivery is available. Also, if you plan on drinking, best to bring food or drive to get some beforehand, as we missed the first night's dinner. Still, a lovely place overall!
Laura
Really enjoyed the cosy vibe, comfy bedand charming cottage atmosphere.

We loved the peaceful spot of Shepard's hut, truly a retreat from everyday stress. The best part? No TV! It really encouraged us to chat, play gamesand just unwind. Everything was spot on-the setup was lovely and just what we needed to reconnect. Honestly, it was a perfect little getaway, thanks so much!

We loved how calm and serene it was, honestly beyond what we expected. It's super easy to reach Bala for food and drinks or head to Zipworld, Snowdonia, Portmeirion, Conwy, or Gwrych Castle for a bit of adventure.

We really enjoyed our time at the Shepherd's Hut. It's a perfect spot for exploring Snowdonia and other parts of North Wales. The place was spotless and surprisingly well stocked - we weren't expecting a toaster, hairdryerand kettle! There were some lovely little touches inside that made us feel really welcomed. We also had some great meals in Bala. Honestly, it's a good place and we'd definitely come back!
