The location is brilliant. You're surrounded by North Wales' most spectacular scenery with walking paths starting practically at your doorstep. The river's just 0.1 miles away - close enough to hear it from your bedroom if you're lucky. Bala town is only 2.8 miles down the road when you need supplies or fancy a pint. The peace and quiet here is absolutely unbeatable.

The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: one king-size with TV, one double and one with child's bunk beds. There's a family bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate cloakroom. The sitting room features a woodburning stove and Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area seating 6. There's even a conservatory and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Nearby attractions include Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall, Bala Lake Railway (15 minutes), Canolfan Tryweryn White Water Centre (20 minutes) and Llyn Vyrnwy Dam (30 minutes). You can boat on Llyn Tegid or hike countless trails through stunning Welsh mountains.
